Smoking, alcohol and drug(s) is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so will have to vacate the room with immediate effect. (Caution money will not be returned in such cases.)

Occupant has to maintain cleanliness. She should keep her room and the property neat & clean all the time. (At the time of leaving ₹350 will be deducted from caution money for deep cleaning, if room found dirty.)

Not to alter or decorate the Room or the PG by drilling or sticking posters/paintings. Not to remove any furniture or furnishings from the Room or the PG. (If found fine will be charged.)

In case of local night out or going away for more than one day should be informed on Email or SMS is necessary, also entry for the same should be registered at reception.
